Theres a small hole on my kitten.

Hello everyone,

There's this small hole on my kitten's  (Oni) body. I noticed it when i was brushing her and I felt a little bump on her body. I saw a scab like thing on her skin which seemed pretty deep. So i didn't want to disturb it. So recently, it fell off and theres a little hole on her and I'm not sure if its a skin issue or some kind of flea thats burrowing in her (omg please no) . 

Should i bring her to the vet? Is this a zit?
Didn't seem to hurt her but of course, she was irritated when the scab moved when it was still attached to her. 

It doesn't look serious to me. Do you have any other pets or has she been near other animals recently? Sometimes they bite or scratch each other while playing, she could have been bitten and what you are seeing is a puncture wound.

The wound looks like it's healed nicely. As long as it doesn't feel hot to the touch, doesn't start producing pus and doesn't start smelling bad there's no need to worry about it.

She's a pretty girl, how old is she?

Okay! *Phew* She had two other siblings. I got her when she was 3 1/2 months old. Now she's 4 months old Ragdoll girl. 

It was probably just a nip from a brother or sister then. Nothing to worry about.
