My kitten is almost 5 months old and I was playing with her on my bed, then I noticed a small redish pinkidh worm wiggling on my bed. I checked her bottom and I didn't see anything, it looked clean. Does she have worms?

Most likely.  Has she been dewormed recently?  It's very common to need multiple deworming treatments due to the life cycle of the parasites and if she goes outside.  Contact your vet to get a fecal test done and to get a dewormer.  Please do NOT use any over the counter worming products as those have been shown to be very dangerous to the pet.

All kittens need deworming, that is a given, so if you haven't done so yet, please do this ASAP for her sake.

The thing is, I don't recognize this worm.

Does she go outside?

Yes she has been dewormed, are there any home remedies to remove worms?

I have Google images of worms found in cats and I don't see any that resembles the one the I saw, she is also an indoor cat.

If she is indoors only, then the chance that she picked up this worm on her fur and had it on her is almost none, so I would definitely get the worm and her seen by a vet, ASAP and have her done.

He will probably be able to say what worm that is too.

I do have her final vaccination appointment for Monday and I will get it checked, thank you

Good that you've already got a vet visit scheduled!  Let us know what you find out.

Update
Went to the vet and I showed he the image, she said she's never seen that, and does not think it's an intestinal problem anything. She said that my cat was very healthy. Maybe it was just a bug from the house.

That's why I had asked if she had outdoor access, in case one freeloaded on her fur somehow.

This didn't appear to be any intestinal critter I've ever seen!

Well great news, hope she was dewormed for roundworms too though :)
