Cat #1 2yr old fixed male, Rusty.
Cat #2 1yr old fixed female, Timber

One of the cats keeps peeing in my sons room on the carpet under the bed and even once on his bed! I know Timber has been hiding chewed toys under his bed so I feel it might be her.

But Rusty had an issue in the pass with peeing on clothes.

I don't know what to do. They don't have UTI's. I thought of rehoming one to a home with no cats in case of territorial issues. But I would hate to do that especially if I rehome the cat that isn't peeing. We have tried sprays, two seperate litter boxes. Talking to a vet. And I really don't want to have to get rid of either one but I can't have a cat peeing especially where my child sleeps and plays.

The golden rule of litter boxes is one per cat plus one extra.  So in your case you need 3 litter boxes.  Each box should be sparkling clean.  Some cats require you to clean them more than once daily!

Your cat is peeing in your sons room over and over again because he can still smell it.  How are you cleaning it?  You need a good enzymatic cleaner to remove all traces of the odor.  Get a black light and find all of the stains.  You can find a good enzymatic cleaner at pet stores or even Home Depot or Lowes.  As for the bedding, it needs to be laundered after being cleaned with the enzyme product.  In some cases the bedding must be disposed of.

I would suggest keeping the door to your sons room closed.  Do not allow the cat in there.  If needed confine the cat for awhile in a small room with  2 litter boxes.

Have you tried feliway diffusers?  Are there issues between the two cats that may involve the litter box?

Here is an article on litter box issues and 2 videos.
