Someone dropped a cat at my door probably cause they couldn't re home him due to a lump between his nose and lip I thought it was a cleft lip but someone said it's possible it has something to do with his sinuses he is about 3-4 weeks old and the sweetest thing and he has no prob eating or breathing that I can tell and I want him to go to a good home but no one wants a "deformed "cat any input would help thanxz

I think the first thing to do is get a "diagnosis" of his deformity by a vet and see if it's anything that can or should be fixed.  You can do that when he's 8 weeks and old enough for shots.  After that, it will be easier to advertise him for adoption.  You would be surprised, people have soft hearts and more often than not, the scarred, wounded, one-eyed and 3-legged cats get adopted before the perfectly beautiful plain tabby or black cats who are completely healthy.
