My indoor cat was on the front porch for maybe 5-10 minutes.

He had his FVRCP and rabies shots but there are strays that hang out on my porch.

They were not there when I saw my cat out there but I was not sure there was no contact.

There is also a water bowl out there with rainwater that either may have drank out of.

I am 99% sure there was no biting or fighting.

My cat is 6 months old and very healthy.

Could he have gotten leukimia or fiv?

It's always a possibility, but he was out for such a short time, the chances are very, very slim. And he has his shots, so that is good. I wouldn't worry too much about it. :) What I would do is keep checking him for fleas and flea dirt (which are very easy to get, even from a distance), do a good, thorough check for ticks, and pay attention to his poop. If he is sick, one of the first places it usually shows up is as runny poop. As long as you don't notice any differences in behavior or other oddities in the next week or so, like runny nose or eyes, he should be just fine.
