cat came back after a week

My cat had me worried sick for a week. Then she came back Tuesday morning on her own. I was thrilled. Anyway, her eyes look good, no sneezing, no coughing, no bite marks, no ticks, mosquitoes aren't out anymore. Eats, drinks, uses potty box. The thing that has me concerned is she almost sounds like she has asthma now, wheezing, raspy high pictched meow. She had none of that before she ran off. Took her to the vet, he said that her lungs sounded good. Gave me an antibiotic to give to her twice a day to ward off any infections that might develop. I have been giving her that since Tuesday, but she still is asthma sounding. Will this go away soon. It's clavomax I'm giving her. but she is so lethargic, doesn't want to play. Before she ran off, she was always running and jumping and playing. I'm worried. Do I just need to give it more time, since it's only been two days since she came back? Thanks, worried mama.

The clavamox could actually be making her lethargic.  I know whenever I had to give it to one of my cats, he always acted like he was on death's door the entire time he was on it.  we decided, along with his Vet, that no ;more clavamox for him. 

Hoping she will be fine...no reason to think differently from what the Vet has said. 

Glad she came home !!
