What is my 16lb cat??

This is spooke. Ive had him since he was about 8 weeks from a friends friend so they had no idea. He is 16lbs. And so much fur! I really want to know what he is!

From what it seems, your cat may be a Norwegian Forest Cat (or at least have heritage from that Breed) They can vary dramatically in color, but the weight of your cat would fit a mature Tom of that breed. either way, you have a rather pretty cat on your hands :33

I agree.  Some ancestry of Norwegian is fully possible.  This straight, somewhat prolonged nose.   NFC has typically a somewhat prolonged, straight triangularish muzzle.

It could also look like Main Coon. I have difficulty seeing the difference Not too sure if coat colours could be a difference... but the Norwegian Forrest cat should have a certain triangel with xx degree going from eye to eye to mouth. Not a actual triangle, but yeah At cat shows I think they meassure this pretty closely when looking at the Norwegian Forrest cat breed
