Which one is better for her teeth?
I'd been using a dual ended pet toothbrush for almost a year since the big end can be used on my puppy, but my vet gave me a rubber bristle finger toothbrush.
Which one is better for her teeth?
She didn't like, tell me to replace the one I was using, I've been using it for long enough now that it's all squished from getting her teethies brushed so I need a new one.

If your kitty is okay with a brush I would stick with it.  Many kitties, especially if the tooth brushing didn't start when they were kittens, will tolerate the finger tip ones where they won't tolerate a brush.  I think the brush is actually better though.

Either type of brush will work

It only comes as part of a kit. I wish CET would sell the toothbrush separately, You can buy CET dental kits online.
