Hello. I need help caring for a stray cat and What is best for him. I will tell a few things about him first. He is a normal sized Tom-cat. He isn't fixed. He has no fur on the side of his and just scars there (must have fought a lot) he also lost half of his tail and half of his ears for both ears. He is the sweetest cat I have ever met though. He also got one of my cats pregnant and she had kittens three weeks ago and all them survived but one. The last one. She has four and most of them look like the male cat. Anyways, from what I can see he's been a start for a lot of time now and I can't take him inside he's gotta stay out from all my other cats inside. He stays around my house now and he eats and everything. I'm just curious, my cat that gave birth from him, she got mastisis. I'm just wandering, any advice for this poor cat? He's really sweet but I don't knew how to help him cuz he does seem in pain sometimes.

The best thing you can do for your stray Tom is to take him to the vet and have him neutered. He is obviously getting into a lot of fights and has been injured as a result. You also mention that he seems to be in pain, which is another reason to get him to the vet ASAP. You care for this boy a lot and by doing this you will help minimize chances of additional injury. You will also be doing a great thing by preventing him fathering any more kittens. Shelters are full of unwanted kittens so preventing more is the humane thing to do.

Thanks. I will definitely get him to a vet tomorrow. He is the sweetest thing and maybe when I get him fixed and better by the vet I can take him inside to get use to the other cats. He is kind to my cats as well. The ones that visit outside.
