Ok so I took in 3 pregnant female cats that were dumped, they had upper respiratory from another stray, they had their kittens and then I took in 4 orphans, 3 of which already had a upper respiratory infection, the other one didn't but was almost dead and needed a mom. When they were older I treated them with fish amoxicillin and banana Pedialyte, they were getting better then ran out of meds (20 cats) . A week later they were as bad as before the meds. I got more money and took them to the vet, they received an ivermectin shot for mange, and amoxicillin for the kittens, clavamox for the moms. Once again they almost were completely better, then ran out of meds. It was maybe a week, then I was able to go back and get more for them (money is very tight) they just prescribed Amoxicillin this time, and only the amount they had given for the kittens, needless to say, ran out again. Then I got ahold of some 500mg amoxicillin pills, everyone was getting better, except one kitten still sneezed occasionally. Ran out of meds. Its an endless cycle, and im so frustrated, I barely have enough money to feed them, ive sold most of my stuff, and im heavily expecting. I now have 8 kittens and the 3 moms. They just got fixed, most of the kittens weigh 4lbs, the moms 6lbs. The kittens are like 5-6months old. Last night I just found out about l lysine and got some in tablet form. I also have like 4 clavamox pills from my moms dog when he was sick. Im going to give the clavamox to the sickest ones, and the l lysine to everyone. I also have a humidifier ill be running 24/7 (they are confined in my room) my question is, what else can I do ? Any other meds that might help ? Ill have maybe $20 to get more meds, either online or in store.

You have made great strides towards helping these cats and kittens and you are to be commended however I think you are working beyond the limits of what you can offer, and that you need assistance.  I would suggest you contact your local humane society or similar and see if they can help you.  You have more cats than you can take care of (based on your description) and searching for alternative meds is not likely to help.  These kittens need more medical care than I think you can provide and many rescue groups and shelters will provide help to rescuers like yourself.

Ive already reached out for help, nobody wants them, the shelters are full and they would be put down. The only one that might take them requires a fee and they cant be sick
