Scabs/sores on nose and outer ears, help please?

Ive noticed this summer my female has had scores/scabs on outer ears, i thought this was from her older brother and any sexual play, or him rough housing her. When i came back this time they looked worse and now she has tiny spots on her nose too, so now im veery concerned. She is perfectly happy, normall eating, no food changes.

I have been gone a lot this summer and thought maybe she is stressed?

They are both fixed, up to date on everything. They passed herpes back and forth between them when we first got female, sneezing and goopy eyes, antibiotics to both. None of that for a long time now, but i wanted to get an idea before i go to vet and they want to run 500 tests to save money.

Also male cat has no scabs or anything wrong with him so it couldnt be wring worm, right?

What size are the scabs?  Could they possibly be mosquito bites?  Mosquito bites would show on the nose, ears and also sometimes around the eyes/edges of eyes.

Some cats are very much bothered by mosquitoes, and others never get a bite.

I read online that could be the issue too but some are much bigger than others and look like sores. As for now ill keep her inside and see if that helps

Are they round?  One of my cats has a horrible time with mosquitoes. One bite can cause quite a scab and it takes a loong time to heal. Homeopathic Ledum Pallustre 30C or 200C can really help to minimize the scabbing, swelling and redness from a mosquito bite.
