Have you checked your email?  I just heard from Tricia at Sandpaper Kisses and it sounds like she can help.

Can you thin down some can food with water or the pedialite, and force feed him a little at a time with your syringe?
I tried that too. He spits it out. I'm going to do what another member here suggested and feed him chicken broth. Please keep this little man in your prayers. I'm having a lot of trouble finding him a rescue group that would take him in and care for him and it seems very hopeless right now.

We've been PMing and she has emailed Sandpaper Kisses to work something out.  It is a transportation issue.

Yes as handsome kitty stated, it is a transportation issue. I'm currently in a very difficult situation at this moment. No money, no transportation, no luck finding a rescue group.

Would it be possible to drive someone to work, use the car and pick them up?  We do that here all the time.

You need to email the rescue groups.  You can even post a link to this thread.  Remember they are staffed by volunteers who have jobs and families and it may take a day to hear back.

UPDATE: took him to the vet. Doctor said it is definitely signs of URI. So she gave me antibiotics, eye ointment, saline drops (for his little nose), & nutrical. And of course the at home treatment plan. And also gave him sub-q fluids. She told me we should wait until Tuesday to see how he's doing. :) hopefully he recovers soon

Oh, I'm so glad Anubis is getting treatment! Great name by the way. Hope, hope, hope he feels better soon.
