kitten breast lumps

we have a feral cat the jus had kittens about 5-6 weeks ago kittens have been adopted gone about a week but now found bumps on her teats not sick or lethargic eating well are going to get her fixed she is about 1 year old just wondering what it can be

She is probably still lactating (producing milk) and that's why they are still a bit swollen
