I have rescued two kittens one week ago...
Yesterday they were sound. But today one of them is not moving or crying or doing any sound, she is not eating anything.
I am tensed.. Please help.
I think they are more than 3 weeks old.

Is she chilled? Kittens that young need the warmth of a heating pad on low under a blanket. Do not try to feed her if chilled. Chilled kittens cannot digest food.
And is there an emergency vet in your atea? She really needs to be seen by a vet asap.

Are the kittens in a warm place? Inside your house or outside? What are you feeding them? If they are around 3 weeks+ they still need kitten milk that you can buy at a vet, a pharmacy, pet shop or some big supermarkets and Walmarts if you are in the US. Do NOT give them cows milk or cat treat milk - it must be proper kitten milk. If you cannot get that then goats milk is also good, whether fresh or sterilised. But warmth is critical - a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel will be fine, placed in their box. Replace it often to keep up the heat. Is the sick one the same size as the others? Sometimes, a smaller kitten will simply not survive, even with the mother there, and there is nothing anyone can do.

Are you sure there are no vets in your area? Can you let us know roughly where you are and we may be able to help you find someone who can help.

I am in South Asia, Madame. I already searched for.. And I couldn't find any. They are same sized but the sick one is slimmer than the other one.. She seems a bit little
I stopped giving them cow milk since I have learnt about it..

You can make some kitten formula yourself.   I copied the following from anther post by @sarthur2

If you cannot get formula tonight, do you have a can of evaporated milk? You can make a glop with this milk, an egg, a teaspoon of sugar, and a sprinkle of salt. Do not use regular cow's milk though.  Plain Yogurt can als be used instead of evaporated milk.

Home-made Pedialyte

1 cup water (boiled then cooled)
Small pinch of baking soda
Small pinch of Salt
2 teaspoons of sugar

If you have some glucose, light Karo syrup or honey, you can put a smear on the kittens lips or gums.  This will give the kitten some instant energy to eat.

For a heating source, you can also put some raw rice in a sock and microwave for 5 minutes and it will stay warm for 3 or 4 hours.  Put a towel or balnket between the kitten and the heat source and make sure there is room for the kittens to move away if they get too warm.

I'm sorry to hear that.  Hopefully the other will do better.
Thank you for taking these kittens in.

She may have inhaled formula, or had some other disease. I am sorry she did not make it.

What are you now feeding the remaining kitten?

Do you have a small stuffed animal for him to cuddle with?

If there is a nursing cat nearby with kittens of a similar age she may nurse him as well, or a cat who lost her litter and still has milk.

All the other advice given for the other kitten still applies to this one.  It will need warmth, kitten formula, love and affection.

Do you know how much the kitten weighs?  It need to be feed 8 ml per ounce over 24 hours.  The kitten should be fed every 1 -2 hours around the clock.

After feeding he needs to be burped and helped to go pee and poo.

Can you get goat's milk or kitten formula?

Either of these will be good.

Can you tell me how much the kitten weighs? He must get enough formula. Are you stimulating the kitten to go wee and poo after each feeding?

How are you keeping him warm?

Yes.. I am simulating his peeing. Sorry., goat milk is pretty rare here & there is no pet shop in this area. Can I make the kitten formula by my own?
I am keeping him warm with a bottle fill with warm water warped in his box.
Is this okay?
I am measuring his weight.

The kitten is very underweight for three weeks old.

How many mL's are you feeding and how often?

Here is the table I used to convert grams to ounces.

http://www.metric-conversions.org/weight/grams-to-ounces-table.htm

So the kitten is about 4.76 ounces.  He needs 8 ml per ounce so 38 ml of formula per day.  If you are feeding every 2 hours that is 3-4 ml at each feeding.  Remember the kitten must be warm to digest the food and the food must be at least room temp or a little warmer.  He cannot digest cold food.

I'm sure there is a way to calculate using grams but I don't know it.

The kitten should gain a minimum of 6 - 10 grams a day, so as he grows the amount of food must be increased.

Are you able to get the ingredients for making the kitten formula?

You would use an ounces to grams conversion, so it would be 1,077 grams over 24 hours divided by the number of feedings.

My guess is that your other kitten starved to death. Without proper food and the proper amount, and without being warm enough, the kitten's internal organs shut down as she starved.

You need to make every effort to get kitten formula, otherwise this kitten will not thrive either.

The homeade formula is only supposed to be used short-term while you get kitten formula. It has taurine and other essential vitamins and minerals a kitten needs.

Can you order formula online or go to a city?
