I can't view any ebay stores??? Has anyone ever had this problem?

All other websites are working fine, but I can not open any ebay stores. It says server can not be found? I contacted ebay and they said everything is working fine????? SO what is going on!!!

Not sure why, but to check I just went to your store, then to the ebay main site, picked ebay stores, and was able to pick and open any store I wanted to.

Maybe try again now? Could be a server hiccup.

Val: I can't access eBay stores either, using Internet Explorer. But I CAN access them when I sign onto Compuserve. I also can't get www.excite.com to open.

That is very odd, I am accessing them using Internet Explorer w/out any problem. I wonder if is related at all to location, since I'm on the West Coast.

Hey Val... I accessed your store fine and I was using Netscape 7.1 . I have yet to try the other stores yet.

Sue, I'm using Internet Explorer also and excite.com opened for me.

Well, I rebooted and I still can't open eBay stores or excite on IE. Just had Tybalt try on his computer, and he can't either. So it might be a Philadelphia/S Jersey area server problem? Weird. I'm just glad it's not my computer, since I just uninstalled Kazaa and I was afraid I'd tossed a crucial file by mistake!

wow sue sounds like it is something going weird in our area. I'm going to have to down load netscape and see if I can get in that way. It is just SO weird that I can do everything like normal but I can't open mine or anyone else store!!!!

it won't open with netscape either!! UGH!!! they better fix what ever is wrong soon

excite will open on mine this is so weird

Val I just went to your store and several others using Internet Explorer with no problem.

I can view the stores fine.

I think there is something messed up with ebay right now, Princess Purr. I have been trying all evening to click on the 'Ask the Seller a Question' button on something and it doesn't come up either.

I still can't get into eBay stores, and can't get on excite.

When I got up this morning, everything was back to normal with those sites. Weird. Must have been a local server type problem.

I haven't tried to go to any of the stores, but I was listing something for sale on ebay, and it took about 15 minutes to type in my starting price and reserve. Not sure why it was moving so slowly, but it took that long for the cursor to pop up. Maybe ebay is having some sort of problem lately.

It works now!! YEA that was soooo weird! I hope that doesn't happen again! i really need to be able to get in there ALL the time!

Good to hear! I know *exactly* what you mean, I'd have more than one caniption if I couldn't access my site!
