Happy Tuesday! hoping everyone is doing well today.

Do you have a dream car?

Or of course, please say if you already own your dream car!

I am not much of a car person myself (I just want something nice, practical and well functioning) but if I were to choose, and somehow had the unlimited expense, it would be a Rolls-Royce.

My dream car doesn't exist yet. It would run on something other than oil, be able to fly, have a great sound system, be sleek and stylish, be comfortable as all get out, be rugged and safe, never break down, have Internet access and have lots of cargo space.

I'm not big on cars either.  I can appreciate nice ones, but I don't tend to desire one. I barely drive as it is, only about 20 miles or so a week (back and forth to trai station and groceries, errands - everything I need is really local).

However, when young I always wanted a Forest Green convertible Jaguar. I did, have a Jag at one point in my life (due to marriage) but not a convertible.  Also, not top of the line by any stretch of the imagination.  But, it was a nice car, no doubt and I did enjoy driving it.  Sure didn't want to keep it when we were divorcing for $600 a month payments LOL.  I'm happy enough with my Altima for half that.

i don't drive, so don't have a car. for me, it would be a wonderful dream to have a car. if i could drive and could pick any car to drive, i'd choose a Kia Soul, the kind that has a hatchback. i'd choose that because it would meet pretty much all my needs.

I also don't drive, but if I did I'd like an automatic (I hate the stick or whatever you call it), and small enough so I can park it anywhere.

Once while on vacation in California we saw a black gull wing Mercedes in a dealer's lot. Told my husband we should buy it and tell the children we were never coming home . . . .

While I can admire luxury cars, my "dream car" is something very serviceable: fuel-efficient, automatic, a station wagon or at least a hatchback with lots of storage space, and easy to park.

I want a old Jaguar convertible. In red with black seats. And it has to have a manual transmission....or what's the fun in driving it?
Years ago, when I was doing my college internship, I was driving out of this grand old hotel after a meeting. And an old guy was driving in the driveway, in a gorgeous red Jag convertible. I almost wrecked my car watching that Jag. Beautiful. I've always liked Jags.

Or an old late 60s Mustang convertible. I don't care about the exterior color (I don't think the old 'stangs came in red at that time), but black seats. And it has to have a manual transmission.

1967 Camaro RS/SS - been my dream car for years.

I have the opportunity to get a 1968 that needs (a lot) of work for a relatively low price, I just know that we stink at finishing project cars!

My stepfather had a 69 that was his first baby.  He sold it when my youngest step-sibling was born and they really needed the money.  So my dream is to buy him a 69 Camaro.  Orange and black.  I like camaros also; but I don't have a real desire to have one anymore.  I'm all about carseat space and gas mileage these days.
There is just something about the old muscle cars.  Probably because my Dad and Step-dad are both car guys. Dad still has 3 cars I think.  2 for sure.

I just like a car that is dependable, good on gas and comfortable. We have a Honda CRV and I think it might be my dream car. We have always driven sedans, but I love this car. I love sitting up high. We get super gas mileage, I just love it and hope it serves us well for many years.

I have had my dream car and I drove it for almost 4 years.  I had a 2008 BMW which I bought in 2011 as a certified used car.  I paid to extend the 4 year warranty for 2 more years and drove it for almost a year after that ran out.  I traded it in this past February on a new Toyota Corolla so I am back to my normal type car.  I did not want to keep it until the repair bills started because they are insanely expensive to get repairs or even maintenance done on them.  An oil change is almost $90.
