right today no real labor signs but has vomited 4 times and had a bout of runny stolls phone the vets and they have said dont be worried unless she is acting unwell in herself which she is still eating and drinking and not acting unwell eyes are still clear but on the occasions she was sick was the times i left her for a while first time when my parents showed up and then i had to pop out for a while then when i left to fix the kids tea could this be because i have left her because she has been happily snuggled on my lap most of the day which is not really like her she is normally freindly but not this freindly she normally likes her own space which we let her have any ideas

Sounds like pre-labor sickness. You are her comfort person though!

I would only be guessing, but it sounds like her time is near. She will have to make do while you work. Is there another family member who can be around?

I'm the same with my foster atm we don't know when she got caught so it's just a waiting game, the vet said 10 days before she came to me she was 5 weeks that would of made her due last Tuesday, she had a scan last Sunday and they said she is ready and can go any day.. He said she will go no longer than Tuesday night ( I suspect it was the same vet who seen her both times) it's now the following Wednesday and still no kittens, she had some discharge this Saturday and some last Sunday (this is why she ended up at the vets) but iv seen none sins atall and she is just mooching round uncomfortably, she is being taken to the vets tomorrow by the lady who runs the fostering if she dosnt give birth tonight,to be checked over as they need to check there is no problem why kittens haven't arrived yet there calculations of her were clearly off I rekon by around a week? I can't imagine she will go longer than this week! I hope not anyway..
any further with your foster ?? hopefully she is ok

She likely will stay after being spayed. The key is to keep her indoors 100% in the meantime.

she is shut in the spare living room normally its the kids room but its the only place we have to shut her away i have all she needs put in there too when pregnant and nursing babies she is happy to stay in there but when not not so happy and wants out which ever way she can hence why we plan spaying her at 6 weeks this time as she will still be nursing she will still be happy to be here and give her time to heal before she wants to dart but if she stays there will always be a home for her ive got so attached to ger now

Hi sorry not replyed not been on hear in a few days, no kittens as of yet, she started to act strange on Thursday evening she was crying and trying to bite me everytime I tried to stroke her tummy but shes been fine sins.. I'd say her kittens are more active then usual and she's eating and drinking just fine, this waiting game is awful and I can't imagen she could get much bigger lol! She never went to the vets as planned because it would cause her alot of stress because last time she went she yowled and panted the whole way there and back! and I just figured seems as tho she is fine and kittens are active it would do more harm than good at this point to take her to the vets, I'll probably call them back if there not here by Monday tho.. any progress on your end?? X

I've no advice to offer, but want to say that she is beautiful.  I'll be lurking for updates.  Our stray had her litter three nights ago and we are still recovering.  Reading your story reminds me to be extra careful to watch the kids and not let her outside before the spaying vet visit.

this photo is this time                                                                                               this photo was taken about 3 days before she had them last time

Managed to get a better photo of her today so thought to help with the wait we could start a guessing game lol on how many kittens she has in there ?? not that i really care as long as they are healthy but just helps to pass the time

my guess is 6 knowing she had 4 last time and she is bigger this time . i defiantly know i can feel more than one
