Wow!  That is a record.

You can split the litter in 2 and keep half in a box nearby with a warming pad set on low under a towel or blanket.  The kittens need to be warm and cannot regulate their own body temperature until 3 weeks old.  Switch the kittens every hour to start and make sure all are nursing.  they will need to be rotated around the clock.  If they are big enough you can rotate every two hours.

Do you have a scale so you can weigh them?  This is the best way to tell who is not getting enough to eat.

Give mom lots of food and KMR if you have it.  Wet food is best and you can mix a raw egg yolk in it once a day or you can offer scrambled eggs.

You will want to get some udder cream for her nipples, it will help keep them from getting too sore,

There is a thread where the cat had nine kittens and the human mom was able to help the kittens thrive.  I will look for it and post the link.

She only has 8 nipples so not all kittens can eat at the same time.  The smallest may not get enough to eat.

You HAVE to split them up. She does not have enough nipples. The stronger kittens will root out the runts, and with this many there are bound to be runts. The runts will go downhill quickly and die. So you have to take charge.

Right now the rotation needs to be 5 and 5 kittens and EVERY HOUR.

Can you weigh the kittens? We need a baseline.

You may have to begin supplementing very soon. We will know as soon as you weigh them.

Which KMR do you have? You will need a 1 or 2 mL syringe. Do you know how to feed newborns?

You will have to get up through the night with them to rotate. Are you able to do this? There is no other way.

You will need smaller syringes, 1 - 2 ml.  see if the vet will bring you some.

It's best to wait until you have weights to determine who needs feeding and how often.  You will still want the kitten to feed from mom so you would just be supplementing.

the mom is going to be tired for a while.  She will sleep when the kittens are nursing.  Give her all the food she wants.

Wait for the vet!

You do need smaller syringes.

Other than food mom just needs to rest. She's been through a lot.

Let us know what the vet says. When is he coming?

You will have to handle the kittens to separate them and to rotate them and to weigh them.

We need to know weights asap please.

How is rotating going so far? Are you doing it hourly? Have you noticed all ten kittens latched and nursing?

The mom will get used to you handling her babies and will eventually be grateful for the help.

Since the vet is coming until tomorrow, you should get weights on the kittens today.  The easiest way to see if any need help is by their weight gain/loss each day.  I'm assuming because there were so many they are all on the small side.

Never in my life have I heard of such a large litter. I look forward to watching them grow into spunky little fur balls. Congratulations! I'm sure you will be exhausted for a few weeks but it will be so worth it when they start developing their fun and unique personalities.

Not all vets are good with newborn kittens. Those of us advising you have a great deal of experience.

I told you to wait for the vet because I thought the vet was visiting today. Since he is not, you must get weights and continue rotating.

Did he mention rotating the kittens to make sure all get food?  the smaller kittens will be pushed off the nipples by the larger ones and may not get enough to eat.

What are the weights of each kitten?

Did you rotate through the night every hour?

How much and how often are you feeding the tiny one?

You may want to buy Udder Cream for mom's nipples. They are going to get very sore! At least rub some olive oil on them.

I will add, you got the advice to add raw egg yolk now and then in her food.  Excellent advice if you dont hav eproblems with salomonella in eggs in your place.

Salomonella ON eggs shell, there are tricks to minimize the risks.

You can use th

Also, if dont mentioned yet, perhaps help with elimination sometimes, so the mom wont get fully loads after 11 kittens.  Im not sure its so healthy.

Do  you know EXACTLY what powdered milk you got from the vet?    And what is that kitten milk you give mom otherwise?

If you can get goat milk, bottled or cartooned OK, full fat, its  an useful alternative
