I stayed at my boyfriend's house for a couple of days and took my kitten with me since he is a kitten and i feel its too early to lave him alone for 2 days (plus he is not a fan of dry food, so i have to feed him wet food). My boyfriend is taking medication that makes him hot, so he kept his AC at 70. Plus he has a tile on the floor. And...i fed my kitten his wet food from a fridge. I think my kitten developed little sniffles. He is breathing with a little sound and he had a tiny bit of discharge from hie eye today. We are back at my house and i keep my house warmer (about 75-80) and i have no tile. The kitten is active when awake and ate well today, but i have noticed that he has been drinking a lot of water yesterday and today and he never usually drink at all (gets his liquid from the food). Also i feel like his body is a bit warmer than it usually is (although i might be imagining it).

What can i do to boost his immune system? I will heat his food and will make sure he continues to drink water as it is good for him. Anything else i can do? I don't want to go to the vet just yet because he is JUST started showing some signs of what i think is cold and the symptoms are mild, but i want to do whatever i can to avoid going to the vet all together.
