Fernando found dead

My cat Fernando died last night. He was only a year and a half old. I woke up and found him half in half out of his bed with a small pile of pink and white foam vomit near him. I called one of the vets I work with and she said it sounds like heart failure and sometimes the only sign of that is sudden death.

I'm just in shock. He had cerebellar hypoplasia but other than that had been healthy his entire life. I miss him and I wish I could have been there for him at the end. RIP, Fernando. I'll miss you forever.

How awful! I'm so sorry that Fernando left you so soon. It's always such a terrible shock when they go suddenly when so young. You gave him a good life and though you will always miss him, I hope someday you will get some comfort from memories of happy times. Again, I am so sorry for such a terrible unexpected loss.

Omg I'm so sorry about your dear Fernando!  My heart goes out to you, I don't even know what to say.  I hate it that they leave us, whether slow or fast, it's just awful but I'm sure this was a terrible shock to you.  I'm so sorry!

Thanks. He was such a good cuddle buddy. I'm really going to miss him.

I'm so sorry about your loss! I know how it feels, my kitty Serenity was hit by a car on the main road behind our house.  

Fernando received his angel wings too soon. My deepest condolences on your loss. He was far too young to cross the Rainbow Bridge.
