We are at a village of Turkey right now and staying here temporary. There is a really beautiful cat living near our house. He was in really good condition about 1 month ago. But for about 2 weeks he started to lose a lot of weight and look ill. We cant watch his movements all time but he may be diarrhoea. We were feeding him by chicken liver before and he was eating well, but he lost his appettite nowadays. You can see some photos of the cat through the links, (tried to picture his whole body)

We want to help the cat but we dont know how. And as this place is a bit rural and undeveloped, there are no vets that can help us to treat the cat. Can you advise anything or a medicine to help the cat? As far as I know human medicines dont have the same effect on cats, but on some forums I heard that some medicine can be useful. A neighbour (that has a cat here), has aniprozol for internal parasites. Can it have any use? And in another forum I read that syrup for kids with antibiotics and vitamins can be helpful. Some say that using some b vitamin can help solving lack of appetite. Can you please help. I don't want to lose that sweet cat.

IF you suspect this cat has parasites, then what your neighbor has could be helpful.  (the amiprozol),  But there is really no way to know unless you SEE evidence in his stool.

Vitamin B could indeed help with his appetite.  Here is a link regarding that:  http://www.felinecrf.org/vitamin_b.htm

When you were feeding him, were you feeding him Chicken Liver all by itself?  If so, that was not nutritionally complete, and that may be part of the problem.  He may not have been getting enough muscle meat and calcium, and Taurine, which is definitely essential.  What are you trying to get him to eat NOW?  You could even try baby food (meat and gravy only, no vegies, etc.).  This is also not nutritionally complete, but most cats can't resist.  eggs are good, maybe lightly scrambled.  Goat's milk is really good too.  Can you find actual canned cat food there?  If not, here is a thread on nutritionally complete food to make:  http://www.thecatsite.com/t/263955/helpful-resources-raw-home-cooked-cat-food-forum

Is he drinking water?  You may need to use an eyedropper to get water into him because he may simply be dehydrated.  Getting fluids into him could make a world of difference.
