With the ones that dont want to eat i used a dropped the other use a bottle
If you have a little needleless syringe of 1-1,5 ml, its easier than with a dropper.  But if you dont have any syringe, yes use a dropper.   And bottle of the others, whom manage it.

Are you feeding the healthier ones with the soy in the meantime? They need to eat something!

The second skinny one is now going to die.

Can you post a picture of the healthy kittens? They will survive if you can feed them. How much are they eating?

If its still just soya milk you have, put in some sugar (white caro syrup, honey, or white table sugar) and a trifle kitchen salt in it.   It will buy you time.

Raw egg yolk too if you have!

Can you just tell us how much you are feeding? Look at the syringe or bottle and get the number.

Then tell us how you hold the kitten when you feed it. We need to know to help you.

Thankfully you have the KMR now. This will help.

I'm very sorry you lost the other two. I do hope the remaining kittens do well. You've been given much good advice. I did want to add, you will need to feed around the clock, even at night.

You hold the kitten tummy down, head up, never on its back. You put a drop at a time in the side of the mouth with the syringe, let the kitten swallow, let the kitten breathe, then go again.

HOW MUCH formula are you giving each kitten at each feeding?

WHAT are you using to keep them warm?

Remember blankets are not a heat source, and will not warm them, it must be a heating pad or rice sock, hot water bottle etc.

You can make two and put one on each side. Microwave for five minutes and wrap in a towel. It will hold the heat for about four hours. Then you microwave again.

You must feed the babies during the night. They cannot go all night without eating.

Please take a picture of the healthy kittens and post it so we can see how old they are.

Do you have a kitchen scale to weigh them?
