I could only get the hartz oneits the only one near by that any store has i dont have a ride anywhere no one will help me save them! Im literally about to cry watching it in pain and hunger
Ok, even Hartz is better than just soya milk.   It works oK for some forumites.   But if your shop carry goat milk, bottled, cartooned or frozen, even may be in powder  - many does, try with this instead.

We know it's stressful, but it's very critical for you to the instructions clearly and hopefully save them, the one little one, probably both of the ones you call skinny, are not going to make it.

Please comfort and hold until passing.

There are 3 basic needs you must provide, in order

Warmth-heating pad under a thin towel set on low, if no heating pad, fill a sock with rice and microwave, even a bottle of hot water helps. Just be sure the heat source is covered or it will burn them.

Food-NEVER try feeding a cold baby! Temp should be the same as yours, so if you touch them or their paws and it feels cool, baby is too cold to feed.

Kitten replacement formula, using a small 1 ml syringe. This gives best control. 1-2 drops in to cheek area, wait for swallow and breath. You must not ever squirt in throat or more than 2 drops at a time, if baby inhales, it will get pneumonia and die.

Feed every 2 hours around the clock, on the hour. So you will need to start feeding the same baby at the same time, for example start feeding the first at 10am, then start again at 12pm, then 2pm, then 4pm, regardless of how long it takes you to get through feeding them all.

Feed at least 3 mls each until we can deal with the correct amt based on the weight, but deal with that when they are stabilized.

Make up a batch in an empty water bottle and store in fridge. When it's time to feed, just pour some out from the cold bottle and heat it by putting the dish it's poured in to float it on a bowl of very hot water, this will heat it and keep it warmed during feeding.

Temp of milk should feel slightly warm on your finger but very close to our body temp.

The 3rd is pottying. Not hard, just a soft warm cloth and tap it on their butts/genitals after each feeding.

NO BATHS! No now, even if there are fleas. We will deal with that in a day or 2.

Just to add.  The glucose sugar / white caro / honey on the lips trick, you can begin with this even if the kitten is not warm enough as yet.

Because it doesnt need to be digested, the glucose sugar goes into blood directly from the lips and mouth.

No fast warming though! It should be slowly, you can place a baby or two in your shirt, your neck, or underarm, which is the best way to warm a baby up.

If I feel a cold baby I'm seeing for the first time, I immediately will drop it down my top or between my boobs! Sorry for the visual :)

They love it there!

By the way, what have you been using to feed them? I highly suspect they are literally starving to death. You can save them, at least most of them!

You have been given top-notch advice in this thread by our top advisors regarding what and how to feed, heat sources, and emergency procedures.

At this point you may want to take a deep breath and start at the top and re-read the advice that has been given to make sure you understand it and are doing everything you can that has been advised to save these kittens.

It can be overwhelming to be in your position.

Yes!!

The reason for this is, the sugar is absorbed through their gums/tongue or roof of their mouth fast and gives them a boost of sugar energy, which will often allow for saving a kitten who has otherwise just about given up. Some can turn around from this.

It takes a good 5 minutes to work, and will last for 15 minutes or if you use honey, up to 30 minutes.

Not too much though! Just a small amt on your fingertip is plenty.

Then work on helping them first. Start with sugar, if you have nothing then even melted white sugar in a bit of warm water will help.

Then warming, then formula.

What have you been feeding them with?

I think it was mentioned soya milk.

Its Hartz now, as it was the only the local shop carried.

She's dying. There's no point. She'll pass soon. Just hold her.

Yes she is dying, please stop trying to give anything, it's too late.

Open mouth breathing, she is in the process of dying.

I understand you were feeding soy milk and now have Hartz, but what are you using to feed them, a bottle, or an eye dropper or what?
