Are these raccoons mama raccoons and her babies? The only times I've seen raccoons coming out mid-day to eat have been mother raccoons feeding her babies. In this case, the need for mom to feed her babies outweighs any of the usual reticence raccoons have about coming out during the day. The problem will go away in the late Fall and Winter when the babies are adolescents and raccoons seek out their own territories or burrow together in dens. If not, then I'm not sure what to say, because it's unusual for single adult raccoons to come outside on a daily basis during the daytime. I suppose if they're hungry enough and your food is their only food source, they will adapt and come out during the day--it does not mean they're rabid or sick, just very hungry.

You can get Animal Control involved, and they will come and set traps and relocate the raccoons. If you've already trapped your cats to get neutered, they're trap savvy, and not likely to go into the traps again. However, you should keep an eye out, because sometimes cats will go into a trap again, and you don't want your poor cats sitting in a trap or getting taken away by Animal Control.

The other thing you can do is to sit by your cats while you feed them outside and talk to them. Raccoons will generally not come close to humans. You can keep a water spray bottle with you and spray them if they do start to approach the food. However, if there's a lot of them coming at you, get away from them as fast as possible and encourage your cats to run, too.

It is extremely unusual for raccoons to come out in the day time.  If it isn't a mother and her babies, I wouldn't risk being too near if and when they come out - it may be a sign of rabies.  I would definitely call Animal Control and let them know of this odd behavior.

Even if its a mother and babies, you should probably let Animal Control know.

Good luck trapping the other kitten.  It is a challenge to get every one of them!

thanks for your suggestions .as for the third kitten to be trapped. It is work in progress .tried to trap kitten with drop trap(not going for it  like her sibleings did. tried a box trap inside enclosure where she hangs out with Mom(no go). tried chaseing her inside enclosure with net(nothing doing.)boy! this kitten does not want to be trapped. the raccoons look to be the same size(bigger than a cat). will be putting camera back under enclosure near feeding dishes again.
