Give cat pepcid effect on other medications

My cat Pudden is acting to me like she is nausiated. She was put on an appetite stimulant which did not work. I called the vet office and asked about pepcid. Only the vet tech was there and the receptionist said the vet tech gave permission to go ahead and give 1/4th tab of 10mg pepcid twice daily. My concern is how it will react with her other meds. How long or after her meds should I give the pepsid so it does not interfere with the absorbtion of her medication?

Also I have read pepsid can cause constipation. This a concern to me because Pudden has been stuggling with constipation.

You mentioned that constipation is an issue for Pudden......constipation itself can cause nausea.
