My cat is showing an enlarged liver on ultrasound and has been diagnosed with possibly fatty liver due to the elevation of liver numbers since he stopped eating. (other possibilities are diabetic hepatopathy/choleangiohepatitis). Ultrasound showed enlarged, hyperechoic (thick),  smooth liver

I am just curious how bad is it and if some of you can provide me with your cats liver numbers at diagnosis. His ALP is 22 (normal) ALT is 144 (high- up from 67), T BIL has been tested from  point-3 to point-6 at highest, so barely in normal range at its peak.

The main number my vet was watching was the ALT so that is the only one that I remember.  His ALT at it's highest point was over 1200.  Normal is anything up to 100.  Even though it is measuring the enzyme that liver cells release when they die it will never be 0.  Anything under 100 is considered normal.
