I noticed Kiki has these bumps on his skin which might be cause of an allergic reaction and he is also a bit fussy and thin.

I need help.

It really sounds like your first stop should be the vet. We can support you and help you manage known problems, but we can't diagnose for you. If there is an allergic reaction you need to know where to start, and Kiki may need meds to help calm things down whilst you're pinpointing the cause.

Ok. How much/little is he eating? It's very important that he eats enough to prevent the possible complication of fatty liver disease. Be sure to keep him well hydrated too.

Keep a close eye on him - if he gets suddenly worse then he may become an emergency. I had a dog who had such a severe allergic reaction that she went into anaphylactic shock - that really WAS an emergency! It's not common, but it is something to be aware of.

Apart from that, just try to keep him comfortable and calm. If he's really itchy a cool towel may be soothing - either so he can lie on it or draped over him.

Don't panic - you're doing everything right. :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes:

Thanks, Kiki is eating about two 3 oz's per day and Kiki does not drink enough water he only took 1 sip today and that's it.

I think he might be allergic to red dye 40 or wheat and corn???

That is very, very possible. Dyes are notorious for causing allergic reactions, and wheat and corn are very common allergens too. Try eliminating those for now, but take some good pics of the bumps first - so you have something to show the vet if Kiki does improve before the visit.

The eating sounds ok to me, but the fluid intake is a little concerning. Try offering chicken water or tuna water to get extra fluids into him. Adding a little water to his food is another option, but be sure this doesn't mean he ends up eating less.
