Do you mean the area where he sleeps? I think changing it regularily would probably help. What do you mean by bad health? I'll try and get someone who knows more to help @sarthur2

How old is your cat or kitten and I can better advise you what to do for ear mites and fleas when I know the age.

Also, what exactly are the bad health problems you are having?

I need more information to help you.

These are issues the vet must help you with. Inflammation may need an antibiotic. The eye infection needs an antibiotic eye ointment. Fleas need a tube of Advantage flea medicine.

You will need to take this one-month-old kitten to a good vet for treatment.

Is the kitten eating well? What are you feeding the kitten?

Can you post a picture?

He is eating 1 pack of wet food everyday. Im still observing him. He is a stray I took pity on.

Yes he is on antibotic for both inflamation and eye drops. His vet say that advantage will be too early for his condition as he is very weak. Ya sure...i will try to upload his pic for u to see

Yes, one month is too young for Advantage. My mistake. Just try to pick off the fleas.

It is very kind of you to take care of this kitten. It will probably need more food though.

However, it sounds like the vet has all of the problems handled for now.

What a pretty kitten! I hope it gets better soon!

Try to give it more wet food as well as kitten chow. It needs lots of food to grow on and be healthy.

I pity it because it even has worms in his stomach. His vet already gave him deworm for it. Im thankful that I have a vet over here that is trustable. How much of food is enough per day? This wet food is 89g

Leave the dry kitten chow down all the time, along with fresh water. The kitten should have wet food 3-4 times a day as much as it can eat.

What are you giving as food?  How much?    How much does he weigh?        If you can get raw goat milk, its excellent in many situations.. But bottled goat mik is OK too, if you dont find anything else which is suitable.

What dewormer pill do you use?

Does he have diarrhea?

He is about 4 weeks old, right?  His pic is i the  Description forum

And you are from Malaysia - so many of our tips useful for for example USA citizens, arent not so useful for you - no Walmart, for example.   :)

It will take a few weeks for the kitten to grow fatter. The kitten has a belly because now it is eating well. The round tummy is not worms anymore. Many kittens have a fat little belly from eating well. This tummy elongates as they grow bigger. :)
