Sounds like Kenzi is very distressed. Is this her first litter?

The biting doesn't necessarily mean that she is trying to hurt them in any way. I think she wants to move them, and new moms often don't really know how to handle the kittens yet. I think it's okay to keep the kittens with mom in the nesting area, but you should continue to watch her to make sure she isn't trying to hurt them or what so ever. The heating pad is good, that should warm them up properly.

Is mom washing them and letting them drink now?

I dont know what to do. I got a good look and one kitten is missing his whole front arm. It looks like she bit it off. It is very hard to tell if defect or bit off, but I think bit off.

No she isnt nursing them. I called er vet about kitten missing arm. They told me to put kitten in ziploc bag and put it down. What do I do?

What?  That's crazy!  Maybe kitten was stuck and she had to pull to get it out.  I don't know, but I wouldn't euthanize for that.

I think just keep them in the warm box, maybe away from mom until she is done, then re-introduce?  You might not be able to.  I don't know.  I wish I could help more.

Does mom allow you to get a hold of the kitten? If so (after washing your hands!), pick the kitten up and check carefully if it's bleeding. If it is bleeding, you need to pick mom and kittens up and go to the vet.

You can also make a picture and let us take a good look, if you feel comfortable and can.

@Biancavd is a breeder and very experienced in cat births.  A very good person to have on hand right now.

I appreciate you saying that, but I'm still a rather new breeder and don't have that much experience yet. If anyone is around with more experience, please don't stay silent ^^;;

Keep the babies away from her until she is through with labor. Give them 1-2 mL apiece by syringe every hour.

Do not let the kitten with the missing arm die.

A vet may need to close the wound if it was bitten. This needs to be determined quickly as it may be in pain.

How is it going now?

No it isnt bleeding will post pic.

She was so agitated I had to put the kittens in the nest. Heating pad under towel for warmth. They are 6 or so inches away from her.

If the kittens help her to stay calm that's fine. I was under the impression she was possibly hurting them.

Heating pad is good. So you think it's just a birth defect then?

I will wait for the picture before deciding whether the kitten has indeed been born with just 3 paws, or if mom inflicted damage to it.

But quick question, are the kittens moving or crying at all? They should be hungry and looking for mom if mom is that far away. If you can, you could try latching them onto her nipples. Mom's milk is, especially in the first 48 hours, extremely healthy and needed for them to get the best start. You want to try to get them to drink from mom if mom allows it, rather than feeding them yourself. If mom really doesn't allow it, or they really don't latch on, you will need to step in and feed them yourself. Letting them drink from mom might also help her get her mind set to motherhood and get her to take care of her kittens if she isn't yet. But make sure it's save for them.

Okay, that's bitten off. Sleeping is not a good sign, after being born they will be hungry and drink really soon. It's been 1,5 hours, if they are still just sleeping and haven't drank anything yet, something is wrong.

That's awful - and sad.

You need to take the kitten for surgery or to be euthanized. One or the other. The kitten is probably in unbearable pain. You need to bind the wound and take the kitten to the vet.

If the kittens aren't nursing you need to feed them also, like I mentioned earlier.
