my cats in heat!!!!!

my cat tinkabell just went into her first heat and she is always meowing and rolls around on the floor and we are pretty shore a male cat has gotten to her first cause she will head off and not come back for 12 hours or so  she has been in heat for 3 days so far and i am over the meowing in the middle of the night it is very annoying 

A heat cycle lasts for about a week. While she is in heat she should not be allowed to go outside at all because it's almost a sure bet that she will get pregnant.

You need to get your cat spayed immediately to avoid heat cycles and litters of kittens. Please make an appointment for spay surgery with your vet or a low-cost spay/neuter clinic in your area.
