I saw Whiskas cat milk product in the store and I thought my kitties might like it. I poured a small amount for my two cats. Howard started lapping it up but started making weird smacky lip faces. It almost looked like it wasn't tasting good, but he was compelled to drink it anyways. Or that it was very sticky. My second cat, Toby approached with more hesitation and also made weird sticky mouth faces. Then he puked about five minutes later after having only a small amount. Is this stuff okay? It seems a bit off. I don't think I'll be buying it again!

It's hard to say. On the one hand, the Whiskas milk is preferable to several other brands, because it doesn't contain sugar, and drinking it increases fluid intake. On the other hand, it seems to be addictive - our cat was given it from the time he was weaned, and raises a ruckus which can be heard three doors down if we don't give it to him every morning, and the milk adds a lot of extra calories. I've tried watering it down, but he finds that unacceptable. If your cats aren't accustomed to it, it might be better to dispense with it, unless they're bad about drinking.
I bought some of that cat milk also. Dori drank it the first time I gave it to her and then wouldn't touch it again after that.

My guys LOVE cat milk! They have never gotten sick from it, or got sick of it for that matter. There is a new cat milk out that has beef and salmon flavors, they also loved that!
Jeeps has whiskas milk for a treat and ALWAYS finishes the lot! I've also tried Felix milk but she really wasn't fussed. It's the only thing she'll drink from the bowl, water has to be from a dripping tap!
