Pregnant cat?

There's a very high chance that my cat might be pregnant she was in heat and my friend let her out by accident she didn't come back for a gd while... This was about 16 days ago she has been very clingy with me. What other signs should I watch for thanks in advance

If she is pregnant her nipples will change on day 21.
