I guess the vet thought more on the mom, then the kittens here.

Its good the kittens can be with mom, and nurse some, addiotional a couple of weeks.  But if mom cant nurse, so she cant.

Does she still takes care of them?  Learn them things and so on?  If so, continue with this.

The runt can perhaps get a bottle?  Some good kmr (dont bother with stage II, stage I  is OK to use) -  or goat milk...

You may want to offer the runt a bottle with kitten formula.

Kittens do wean to solids around four weeks, but generally continue nursing as well.

She has inflamed intestines and diarehae plus continuos high temp (soz bout spelling dyslexic) shes on 4 dif types of meds and they dont want the kittens feeding from her coz they are unsure of the reaction it could have on them. The vet said there all healthy weight and i asked about the formula and she said they will be fine without it so im not sure what to do really my instincts say they prob will do even better with the formula but who am i to go against a vet.... soo confused

I would go with the advice you have received here regarding the feeding of the kittens. Soaking their can food in KMR will help them with the transition to solid foods as well for their nutrition. I also soak dry kitten chow with the KMR and it is working very well for my two kittens.

Formula is always a good supplement, but if they are eating well on their own it's not necessary, like your vet said.

I think a bottle is suggested for the runt if it is not eating well on its own yet.

I can understand your distress over your beloved cat, and I hope she begins to get better soon. It sounds as though you are doing everything in your power to help her.

Hey my queen has to stop breastfeeding so i have made her a body sock but she walks funny and isnt keen on it. I dont like her being uncomfortable in anyway so im feeling very bad. I seperate her from the kittens from 9-6 but when she goes back in the kittens always try and feed of her and i dont want to keep her away all the time because they learn so much of her. The kittens are 7 weeks old and they eat wet and dry food also drink well so they are getting all the nutrition they need but do u think im stressing her out by wearing the sock or causing any damage? Plz help
