I rescued a kitten due to a large amount of discharge in his left eye. I cleaned it out and he slept all day yesterday and he could walk fine. However i woke up this morning and he cannot walk correctly i need to feed him cuz i doubt he has eaten much before i got him inside cuz he is skinny for his age, i think he might be dying

Sounds like he needs to go to the vet ASAP. I rescued a stray a while back- who was having trouble walking, we went to the vet and it turned out to be pancreatitis- she recovered thankfully but I don't think she would have without the vets input! Did he eat/drink yesterday?

This is not good. Is he sneezing or having any snot in his nose? Is it only one eye affected? I do think he should see a Vet right away, today for sure. This sounds serious about him not having the strength to stand. Even if he is dying the Vet can help make his passing go easier if need be.
