Kitten Has Curled Ear Tips?

Hey all,

Not sure if this is something I need to be particularly concerned about but afer doing a bit of research I thought perhaps I should seek advice here.

So I have 2 6 month old kittens, a male, Jojen and his sister Meera. Their parents are indoor cats so no chance of them being anything but pure siblings.

So while Meera (grey and white in pictures) has perfectly fine and pointy ears as she should, her brothers ears have recently started to curl back at the tips. I looked it up and discovered that it could be mites, ringworm or even cat flu. However he has nothing in his ears or on the outside of them, they aren't red or inflammed, he doesn't scratch at them and they have plenty of fur on them.

What could this be? As you can see from the picture above, both ears are symmetrical and undamaged. He could have a touch of Scottish Fold in him I supposed but why doesn't Meera have it too?

Any ideas or suggestions as to whether I should worry are gratefully accepted!

Thanks all!

Also, a quick note, this is a bad picture of Jojen, and he looks half asleep, but I can assure you he is as bonkers as he always has been, just caught him in a bad pic!

I am no expert but with Scottish Fold Cats the ears go forward . I think if your your cats was mixed with anything it would be American Curl whose ears curls backwards ..  Or it could mean nothing , maybe just a thing with his ears ..

I have just noticed Jojen limping on what I think is just one of his hind legs, he's happy enough, going up and dowm the stairs and running to the kitchen for food. But could the two things be connected?
