My cat has not been himself and was verry active now since going to the vet he's been more lethargic he has been hiding most of the time he used to sleep with me but idk what to do he's not himself so worried the Vet didn't use a scope to look in his ears he had a yeast infection in both ears and the Vet visit was a follow up and the vet tech was rough taking my cats temp she didn't use any lubricant at all and he was bleeding in his anus afterwards and the Vet said its just red tissue someone please help I'm so worried about my baby

How is he this morning?  Sometimes cats are a bit traumatized after a Vet visit and it does take them awhile to calm down.  Did he receive any shots or anything?  That would be one reason for his acting different too.  Or did the Vet simply look in his ears and say he was good to go?

BTW, I don't recall our Vet ever using any lubricant when taking our cat's temp either....maybe they do, I just don't ever recall noticing.

What did your Vet say about his weight loss?  Did you discuss anything about that?  How is his yeast infection?  Is this a Shelter Vet?  The same place where you adopted your little guy?

Also, you did just do a complete change of food with him, didn't you?  Both dry and wet.  Switching dry all at once can upset the digestive tract, so his hiding could be a combination of a couple of things all happening at once.  Hopefully he'll be his old self here in a day or two.  If not, perhaps finding a new Vet might be in his best interest.  YOU need to feel comfortable with his Vet.

Well I'm glad your cat is doing good now, and that he loves his new food.  AND that he isn't underweight afterall.  That's all good news.  Soon he may have to go on a diet

Sorry you got bit.  Is this a cat bite, or something else?  Be sure to take care of it, whatever it is, especially since it's infected.  That can be dangerous, as I'm sure you know.
