I'm catsitting this week. The owner had warned me that the cat likes to eat plastic, so I made sure all the plastic bags were gone. But somehow, she found a ziplock baggie from god knows where while I was sleeping. I came out in the morning to find it on the floor, chewed up with the corners ripped off and gone (dime-sized pieces). Now I'm scared that I killed my friend's cat. It is hard to see if she's acting sick because she was already hiding under the couch and not eating much from stress. At least I use biodegradable plastic baggies that are BPA free but it's still plastic. What should I do?

Addendum: Just noticed she threw up under the table (catsitting keeps getting more fun), so hopefully she just threw it up and it's okay. She just ate a plenty of biscuits for breakfast too.

She's probably ok, but i would contact the owner asap for advice.  The owner will guide you.
