Please help me and this kitten

Anyone seen this on cat before long story short a friend brought this cat to us after finding her on her doorstep she was almost dead around 4 weeks old very under weight lifeless and eyes sealed shut with scabs we have fed her kitten milk and bathed her eyes for the last week and was getting a lot better she is now very playful eating and a loving cat but in the last two days her eye has got 10x worse anyone know anything can't afford vet bill till this Thursday I personal think it may be some form of uri.

It looks like an infection and vet care is needed.  Often when it gets to this point the eye is removed and the kitten adapts very well to the loss of an eye.  Maybe someone that does rescue can offer advice on home care until you are able to get to the vet.

I agree with Denise.. this kitten needs to be seen by a vet and get it taken care of.. it will not go away on its own

hi thank you so much for your replywe live in england and seems like we do not have that much help here with out handing the cat over and never seeing her again or taking her to a vet, my whole family has fallen in love with her but may have to lose her to help her witch is heart breaking

That looks like an ulcer that went unnoticed/untreated and has now ruptured. The eye may not be salvageable. I'm glad you're able to take the kitten to the vet! This is a very painful condition. Poor kitten. Good luck and keep us updated!

OH MY.... that looks so bad and painful. :bawling: Poor little thing and BLESS YOU for helping save her. AND to this wonderful lady that set you up with the e-vet appt. I will sleep better now knowing that the kitten is getting immediate help for this eye. Thank you for caring too. I hope she will survive too. Please report and update.
