Kitten with messed up tail. Help.

Can anyone please tell me what's wrong with this kittens tail. It's 4 weeks old and was born feral. They came out of where mom was hiding them yesterday.

It looks like the parasite the foxes had in a epidemy several years ago, them losing all fur on the tails.   Most of them died sooner or later.

Althoug that parasite is quite contagious, so all of them would prob have it.   Does it seems to be very itchy?
