I have three 4 week old kittens
2 are very calm while the other
Bites and scratches and hisses at you
When touched or held I fear she will have
Trouble getting rehomed if this antisocial
Behavior continues.. I also fear it might stick with
Her through adulthood
Is there somehow I can change her behavior
And help her become more trusting like her siblings?

Four weeks old is very young to be taken from their mother.  Where did these three come from?  And have you had them all thoroughly checked by a vet?

We had a vet check and there fine
Just one acts so different
Where this attitude comes from idk
She has cut skin before
Earlier this kitten smacked momma cat in the face for cleaning
Her
She does have a sweet side though
She plays with me snuggles me
And sleeps in my room but only me no one

She's the white kitty on the left

I never heard of this.  How is the mom reacting to this behavior?

Mama kitty will normally begin disciplining her kittens and teaching them kitten manners very shortly. It generally begins to occur when the kittens start weaning. One of my four kittens used to scratch and nip at my ankles something awful. Mama kitty got hold of him and worked on him for several weeks. His behavior is impeccable - no biting, no scratching, only soft paws.

Your mama kitty will begin teaching them not to bite and scratch. You'll see. Kittens at this age are very excited about the world and do not know any better. You should begin to see a difference soon. It will look like mom is being rough on them when she "bites" their necks and holds them down, but she is actually showing them right from wrong!

It's very important she get total socialization now at her young age she will be very workable.

You want and need her to accept all people, not only you since she is going to be up for adopting.

Other members of your family need to hold her, if she is uncooperative, snugly wrap her like a burrito, without her arms out, only her head, and have them carry her around with them, park her on their laps while watching tv, etc and ask them to touch her face and talk to her.

Once she relaxes well, they can loosen her wrap and allow her to move better, but if she starts up again, rewrap her. Different people doing this will get her socialized alot better.

Sounds like she's just feistier than the others, perhaps they are both boys?

momma cat had 4 girls and 1boy
And this kitten has always been the sassyest
Out of the litter.
We only have 3 kittens now ( 2 girls and 1 boy)
2 of her kittens passed from fading kitten syndrome
