Has anyone ever heard of or tried iVet dry food?

I took my newly adopted kitty, Frannie, to the vet last week and the vet suggested iVet, Iams and Science Diet food to feed her.  I got the iVet kind and she seems to like it, but I was hoping (and kind of wanting to) switch her to 4Health which I fed my other cat and she liked it before I had to switch her after she got a UTI.  She doesn't seem to really care for the 4health moist food that I've gotten her (and have two cans left) and it's been different flavors, but she's loved like FF and a few others that I've gotten but I was a bonehead and forgot to write those ones down.  I've also considered to just switching her to SD for both moist and dry.  But she seems to have kind of like a dull look to her coat and looks like she's flaky with dry skin.  I'm wanting to make sure I give her something good for her, but like with others on here, it's kind of difficult to try and find something good and that they'll like when one is on a budget.  Thanks for any info and thoughts.  (I know I had asked before with my other cat and have a list and hate repeating myself).  But have read some posts and have tried to take into consideration on all that I have read as well from what I've seen.

I should also  say that I have considered getting FF but want to give her a bit more at a time in comparison to what I have before but haven't since it's a smaller can.  I know it says to feed so much per pound of weight, but have to limit what I can do because of finances.  I do make sure she has food and that I get her in when needed if anything were to happen and for shots, but just being able to do extra has to be limited for the full food amount and other things.
