My 7 year old cat limps periodically. I made a vet appointment and it stopped so I cancelled it, now I noticed she is limping on and off on back leg.

It's like a car that never makes the weird noise the day it's supposed to go in for service!
It's probably a good idea to have the vet check though if the limping has been going on for awhile. Even if it turns out to be something mild, at least you will be relieved. And if it's serious, maybe your kitty needs pain meds.
