So not yesterday but the day before.. I left and went to the gym.. My cat was fine. When i got home her eye was really squinted and she couldn't open it much. I held it open to see if I could see anything..nothing. It wasnt red, no pus or even tears.. So I left it over night. The next morning it looked pretty good and seemed to go back to normal. Now my cats eye goes like this randomly.. When she's just sitting around. Picture attached.. Should I be worried? It doesn't stay like this and other wise looks pretty normal whenever it's not like this.

I would take her to the vets and get it checked out. Its probably not anything major, but eyes aren't something to muck around with.

I agree with Columbine, something is wrong with that eye.  A vet is indicated.

It look normal again but I'm still taking her to the vet.. Because it's went back and forth since yesterday. So hopefully it's just some drops or something for it.

Update : vet said it looks like she has herpes.. Which is very common especially in cats who came from a shelter. She has medication in treat form. Thanks everyone. I'm. Glad it's nothing too serious and is treatable.

I'm glad you got her checked out. Herpes is surprisingly common, and easy to treat. At least you know what you're dealing with now :)

Definitely glad I took her in. He said for future reference if I notice more flare ups I can jut go get the medication over the counter at the vet without a vet looking at her.
