My cat had kittens 4 weeks ago today. They already opened their eyes about 2 weeks ago. Now their eyes are really crusty and yellowish-greenish pus to them. I have been trying warm water twice a day and that's not seeming to help at all. Any suggestions?

The kittens need to be seen by a vet. This sounds as if they have an upper respiratory infection. Don't let the eyes go untreated as there can be permanent damage done...including loss of vision or, in the most serious cases, loss of the eye itself.

The discolored discharge is indicative of an infection.  They need to be seen by a vet immediately as little ones can go downhill very rapidly.

Eyedrops, water mixed in Salt. Plus rush to the vet
