That's not good does there appear to be anything wrong with the other. Don't know much myself but if that is ultimately the case you will have to take care of the other one yourself. :(

How long has it been since that one has been fed?  the kittens need to eat every 1-2 hours.

To feed the kitten, the KMR and the kitten need to be warm.  Tummy down, head up. like the kitten is laying by mom.  If using a syringe put one or two drops in the side of the mouth, wait for the kitten to swallow, breathe and repeat.  If you are using a bottle (the kitten may not take to the bottle if mom is still nursing her a little) the hole should be big/small enough that if you hold it updside down a drop will fall.  ou will also need to burp the kitten afterwards.

Feed the kitten 1 - 2 mls every hour to start.

The one thats feeding never actually leaves the nipple unless mom moves then its straight back to it. When mom goes for food the one thats feeding seems active, crawling around the other is just lying there if it wasnt for signs of breathing and every now and then it trying to find milk..the odd noise i would of thought we'd lost it

Its red alert!  You will probably need to use a syringe, its often easier.    HOW Handsome kitty explained earlier.   Be careful, its easy to do it wrongly.  be sure she manages to swallow.

Smear a little glucose sugar or white caro syrup or honey on lips and gums of this kitten, it will perk in some energy...

If you dont have any kmr or goat milk at hand as yet, give it some sugar water, it will buy you some time...

Time is running...

When the worst crisis is over, you will know how she fares by weighting her every twelf hours - if she gains -good, if not, not good.

Exaclty how much she should gain depends if she is born smallish - six grammes a day may be enough.  Or if she is born normale big - count with ten grammes a day, or even more...

Just make sure this kitten is nursing at every opportunity. Mother's milk is best. If you have to sit and encourage the kitten that's fine. As long as the kitten is eating and gaining, it will get strong enough to fight for a nipple.
