I'm sorry no one's answered your questions.  She might be lonely and crying for her mom.  You can try getting her a little stuffed animal as a "companion" and be sure to keep her nice and warm with either a kitten warming disk or rice socks.  Also, be sure you're stimulating her so she'll potty.

Is she living inside with you now? She is probably hungry if she is crying a lot.

How old is she?

Are you using a bottle or syringe? And did you buy powdered kitten formula?

You need to get a weight on the kitten. She needs 8mL of formula for every ounce of body weight during each 24-hour cycle. If you can tell me her weight I can tell you how much to feed.

How often are you feeding her? She may need to eat more often if she is very young, perhaps every 2-3 hours.

She does need stimulating on her tummy and bum with a warm damp cloth or cottonball to go wee and poo.

Fill us in and we will go from there! Can you also post a picture please?

Thanks for caring for her :)!

I think so too that she cries for her mom but i couldn't find her for like 3-4 days i always try to keep her warm she even sleeps on my shoulder (so cute :)) i'm going to try that stuffed animal i hope it works thanks for the advice

-sarthur2

yes she is living with me

i don't know but the vet said she is like 15-18 days old

i'm using a bottle and yes i have powdered kitten formula

i don't know about her weight actually

i'm feeding her like 10 times a day but sometimes she sleeps 12 hours so feeding varies

yes i'm using wet cottonball to clean her bottom (This opens another question when i wipe her she stays calm for a while but after a while she just starts to scream and tries to bite my hand while still peeing or pooping i don't know if it is normal or she is sick)

here is the photos you asked :)

She needs a heat source, like a heating pad or hot water bottle.  You can even fill a sock with raw rice and microwave it for 5 minutes.  It will hold the heat for 3-4 hours.  The kitten should bee eating every 2-3 hours.  She can not eat if she is cold or if the food is cold.  Her body cannot digest the food properly if neither are warm enough.  Kittens can't maintain their body heat until 3 weeks old, 4 if they are undernourished.

If you want to flag someone to make sure they get your message use the @ before the name.  It should be in blue type, you may need to type it in more than once it doesn't always 'catch' the first time.

Do not let her sleep for 12 hours without eating!!!

You must wake her up to eat. She needs to eat every 3-4 hours tops at her age. She should be getting a minimum of 96 mL of formula in each 24-hour period. So at every 4 hours, that means she should eat 16 mL per feeding. I based that on a weight of 12 ounces.

She does need a heat source. If she is warm enough, not hungry, and comforted enough, she should not cry much at all.

When you stimulate her, do it gently. Once she starts to pee or poop you can stop. That may be why she screams for you to stop.

If she is sick, she needs to see a vet. If she is just constipated, you can add a few drops of olive or vegetable oil to her bottle to soften things up. However, if she has not pooped in a few days, she will need to see the vet for an enema.

Please let us know how she is doing after her vet visit!
