Green discharge is a sign of infection, regardless if it comes from the eyes, nose or a wound.

Oh, no! This started Monday, but other then that she seems perfectly fine. (She's an outdoor cat so who knows what she's done.)
I think a Vet appointment should be done... Green discharge from anywhere is not very good. I agree, it is a sign of infection...
