At a loss

I rescued two kittens that were thrown out by the river by two teenagers. I'm not a cat person, but these little guys have stolen my heart. After bringing them into my basement, I realized that they definitely need medical attention. I don't have the money to pay for two vet bills (I already have two dogs), so I'm reaching out for help. A local cat rescue said that they can take them in, but they are low on funds. They said if I can get a $50 donation per cat, they can take them. I want to raise even more than that to help out the other cats that are there as well. Thank you for any help!
