I didn't want to hijack the thread on adult coloring books so I'm starting a new one

I'm getting really into this adult coloring book trend and though it would be a fun idea to give out adult coloring books and a set of pencils to my walk challenge team as a prize for an upcoming mini challenge. I can't find any inexpensive small adult coloring books (would need 6 of them) so I'm just going to print out free adult coloring pages off various web sites, maybe a dozen pages for each person. What would be a good way to package full sheets of paper plus a small box of full sized coloring pencils? Preferably something other than stapling the sheets together and tucking it with the pencils into a gift bag.

If you don't want to staple them together, there are always report covers, available in any office supply store.  Here's a link from amazon to show you what I mean.
That doesn't answer your question about gift wrapping I'm afraid but it does dress them up a bit more than just stapling them.

I'll look into that. I was thinking of putting everything into a clear gift bag and wrapping a ribbon around the bag or use some other embellishment but I haven't found bags in the size of a full sheet of paper yet. I'm going to keep looking.

You can probably find nice paper boxes and put the printouts and pencils inside there? People could always use storage boxes.

What about this? http://m.ebay.com/itm/EXTRA-EXTRA-L...-BAGS-Approx-20x30cm-/271645148854?nav=SEARCH
It's possible to get bigger ones, but my searches mainly throw up uk suppliers. Amazon.uk have slightly bigger ones, but I was trying to find you a US supplier. The search terms are 'extra large organza bag' and 'large organza bag' - mostly in wedding favours sections.
I've already done organza bags with the last team prize (various candies and chocolates) so would like something different this time. I was thinking more like this but I only need 6, not 100. I can do gift bags (probably the esiest) and just dress the bags up. I'll have to Google for ideas.

Is there a paper store in your area? We have C.A. Reed store (a Party City store might work, too) and they have paper everything: plates, cups, little bags, decorations, all kinds of stuff. You might find some neat bags in a paper or party store that would work for you. Do you have stamps? Maybe you could stamp the bags with foot prints (because it's a walking thing) or sneakers. If you don't have stamps, look for some footprint images on the web that you might be able to use. Or sneaker images. Something like that. Just print them out on label paper and then stick to your little bags.

You know, you could even find something like a saying for walkers with a couple footprints. Maybe get some magnet "paper" stock that you can run through your printer. Create a nice magnet for your people to put on their fridges or something.

Hey, does your company have a binding machine? Since this is actually kind of work-related, you could print your drawings out from Pinterest, then bind them, using your binder machine. You could even make a nice cover for the little books, by using colored paper and even a drawing on the front cover.

There are several party/craft stores like that. I'll have to take a trip this weekend to see what I can find.

Magnets are a good idea
I actually have magnet sheets that I can run through the printer. I had planned to use the sheets for something else but never got around to it.

I got some inexpensive report covers and some foil stickers with "Outstanding" embossed on them. I just need to design a cover page so the "books" look a litlte more polished. Fortunately I have a few weeks before I need to give these out as prizes.

Um.... I'm not sure. I know for a fact my department does not have one. Most company materials are sent out for professional printing anyways. I know Staples and other copy centers can do binding but it's probably pricey.

I know they have all sorts of stuff that would be great to decorate a gift bag and whatnot with and small items to give as prizes. There are two craft stores in the same area, too. Just need to plan a day to go shopping

Oh, is there a specific type of paper that works well for coloring pages? I have general copy/printer paper that's pretty thin and markers just bleed right through.
