URGENT: Advantage II Flea Treatment question

Hello, so yesterday I went and got my kitty Colby Advantage II flea treatment for cats. Now all of a sudden there is tapeworm segments and eggs coming out of her anus. Should I be worried? Im calling the vet tomorrow but Ive never noticed tapeworms or eggs come out like they are after putting this treatment on her. So far it is working for fleas but I thought it didnt work on tapeworms. Do they go away when the fleas do? Is that why there is eggs and segments coming out like this now? Please help, thank you!

The fact that she is excreted tapeworm is purely coincidental. However, it's a sure sign that she needs worming too.

She will need a different med for tapeworms.  Usually just one or two treatments will take care of the tapeworms.
